The ERP service computer system for maintenance provides a complete analysis of the device by identifying the serial number, which allows us to access the maintenance history of each electrosurgical unit.
We provide two types of maintenance services: preventive and corrective. Apart from that, our factory guarantees and validates effectiveness and efficiency. We perform general and specific electrical safety tests and output parameter tests with electrosurgical analyzers.

Types of services
We recommend that it be performed on an annual basis after the warranty period. It consists in a factory check of all unit parameters.
It is highly important to perform once the unit has exceeded its suggested life cycle, in order to ensure safety in all procedures.
It includes:
– General visual and functional verification, cleaning.
– General effectiveness and efficiency test (electrosurgical scalpel output parameter analyzer, electrical safety analyzer).
– Verification of critical control points.
– Long-term testing in in-use condition
– Results report and certificate.
When an anomaly has been detected, we scan the device and focus on the indicated problem.
It includes:
– General visual and functional verification.
– Specific verification of the indicated problem and of integral functioning.
– General efficacy and efficiency test (output parameter analyzer).
– Verification of critical control points.
– Long-term testing in in-use condition.
– Results report and certificate.
